Relating to an article by Booth in the Literary Register criticizing Jeremy Bentham on the Usury Laws and in opposition to the Bill for their repeal. 'I know you are sincere, and I assure you I am so when I say that Mr. Bentham would laugh both at your argument and your appeal to him.'
