Of particular note are plans for the decorative interior woodwork of the New Church designed by the architectural practice of Professor Sir A E Richardson (1945).

There are parish registers (baptisms, marriages, banns and burials) from 1613. Vestry minutes commence in 1569. Other records, including rate assessments and papers relating to tithes, date chiefly from the 18th century.

The main archive of the parish of St Anne and St Agnes dates from the 17th century, with parish registers (baptisms, burials, marriages, banns) from 1640, vestry minutes from 1679 and poor rate assessments from 1671. There are also records relating to parish charities and the parochial schools.
