Papers of the Morris family, 1901-1905, comprise letters between Frieda Morris' grandmother and father in Poland and her brother and uncle in London. The collection includes translations.

Papers of Josef Mueller, 1960s, came about as a result of research into the events that took place in Plaszow concentration camp, in particular the crimes and testimony of Josef Mueller, one of the former commandants. The papers consist of the trial judgement, a transcript of his interrogation and various statements in the case against Mueller. There are also numerous statements from Mueller, acting as a witness in the trials of other defendants. All of the records are copies from the main repository for war crimes trials records at Ludwigsburg. Many of the names refererred to in the records have been deleted for reasons of data protection.

Papers of Musikschule Hollaender, 1936, comprise a copy of a leaflet addressed to Jewish parents advertisng musical lessons for children.

School project by Gerda Nabe on Nazism, 1935-1936. The project begins by reporting the elections in Saarland, when the residents chose to revert back to Germany again and provides a history of the region and its people. It goes on to commemorate the deaths of fallen Nazi 'heroes'. It then marks the date that Hitler became Chancellor, going on to list his 'achievements' to 1935, including withdrawal from the League of Nations, introduction of new army regulations and build up of the airforce. The remaining work is a chronological listing of dates significant to the Nazi calendar, illustrated by descriptions of the most important such as the 'shameful' Treaty of Versailles; the infamous Nuremberg rally and the founding of the Nazi party. Noteworthy is the illustration of the Nuremberg Laws in the form of a family diagram depicting the levels of purity and 'mixedness', for which she received the top mark.

This diary covers the period of her incarceration at Theresienstadt,12 February 1945-1 July 1945 and is preceded by an 11 page personal account of life under the Nazis from 1934. An addition to the original foreward, dated 1975, suggests that this version is a transcript copy. The collection comprises correspondence between the office of the Reichsführer SS and Reichskulturwalter Hans Hinkel (mainly) regarding administrative and cultural matters, 1939-1944 and an incomplete monthly information sheet Befehle und Mitteilungen, 1939-1942. It most notably includes two original letters from Reichsführer SS, Himmler (1144/1/14-/23); an incomplete set of an in-house information sheet providing instructions to SS members on a variety of matters such as dress protocol for visits to concentration camps by SS members (1144/2/4); qualification for wearing the 'Death's Head' ring of the SS (1144/2/2); and orders forbidding membership of clubs deemed inappropriate.

Correspondence of the Ohly family, 1941-1947. This collection documents in part the experiences of a German Jewish family from Munich. The papers include original correspondence from friends and relatives and material from the Jewish organisations which arranged the details of the transport to Terezin. Papers of Osnabrück war crimes trial and appeal, 1968-1970, comprise a trial judgement against 5 former members of Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler, in which the state court of Osnabrück found 3 of the defendants guilty of mass murder and 2 of being accomplices to mass murder in Italy in 1943, 1968, and a trial judgement of the appeal of the 5 defendants, in which the Bundesgerichtshof upheld the appeal on the grounds that the period of 20 years under the statute of limitations had lapsed, 1970.

Report and report transcript regarding the closing of Auschwitz, the subsequent march to Sachsenhausen and the liberation entitled: 'Bericht über die Auflösung des Konzentrationslager Auschwitz, Lager 3 (Buna) und des Heinkel-Lagers'.

Papers of Alfred Pavel Peres, 1939-1948, including minutes of discussions held initially between President Dr Edward Benes and Dr Peres and later also including Dr G Beuer, Dr J Zimmer, Dr Popper, and Dr Girschick, signed by Peres. The subjects of the discussions are wide ranging and necessarily reflect the changing situation vis a vis the effects of war. They include problems regarding the Sudetendeutsch, the formation of a Czech government in exile (-/2); problems of Czech refugees (-/3); report regarding Czech soldiers in France. Responses to a questionnaire by Paul Plaut, designed as research for Die Psychologie der produktiven Persönlichkeit, from prominent scientists and artists in Germany and Austria on their views about science and creativity. There are some interesting responses from outside the German speaking countries (Miguel de Unamuno, John Galsworthy), but the bulk of the contributions represent the views of German-speaking academics and artists. Responses to the scientific questionnaire include Albert Einstein, Fritz Haber and Erwin Finlay Freundlich as well as lay figures such as Gustav Radbrüch and Wilhelm Hellpach. Communications from writers range from letters by Heinrich and Franziska Mann to a postcard from Elsa Laska-Schüler. Architects write about their work and new ideas (Erich Mendelsohn) and some of the painters give insights into their creative development, notably Wassily Kandinsky, Otto Dix and Max Pechstein.

Plea for food and money from Jews in French internment camp, 1941, comprises a copy of a letter from Dr Michel Lewinsohn and David Kraus in Camp de Vernet- d'Ariège to the Jewish community in Lisbon asking for kosher food for Passover, and money.
