The College records are only a part of the English Provincial Archive of the Society of the Sacred Heart, which contains a large collection of archival material relating to convents, colleges and training schools founded by the Society. There is a large collection of photographs relating to all of the above, as well as historical material relating to the Roehampton area, [1724-1995], mainly relating to buildings owned and including plans, deeds, and specifications relating to 'Roehampton House' (now Queen Mary's Hospital) and 'Parkstead' (now Manresa House); historical material relating to Wimbledon and Putney.

Papers include correspondence, articles of association, prospectuses, patient records including admissions and discharge registers, staff records, financial records, papers relating to the Normansfield Enquiry, 1970-1977, photographs, histories, newspaper cuttings, minutes, reports, plans and papers regarding pupil nurses.

Papers of Ross Institute and the Hospital for Tropical Diseases, 1876-1980s, comprise material relating to the establishment and administration of the Institute; collection of published papers and articles relating to tropical disease; photographs; Ross Institute Advisory Committee and the India Branch.

Records of Whitelands College Girls' School Old Girls' Association including Secretary's annual reports, membership records, cash books, photographs, event programmes and postcards of the College.

The collection is mostly comprised of diaries written by Florence Turtle between 1917 and 1980. The first three diaries (1917-1919) contain generally brief and sporadic entries. There are then no diaries for the years 1920-1928. From 1929 onwards the diaries contain more detailed entries. There are no diaries for the years 1944, 1946, 1948-1949, 1952-1954, 1962, 1964-1965, or 1967-1970. Florence writes in her diaries about her relationships with family and friends, her living situation, work life, social life, holidays, and local, national and international current events, and records her thoughts and feelings on various matters. Many of the diaries contain additional notes, clarifications and corrections made by Florence in the 1970s. Some of the diaries contain photographs, and also pencil illustrations by Florence. The collection also contains one volume in which Florence reviews the books she reads throughout 1936, and a volume entitled 'Book of Ideas', in which Florence has written quotations from various sources, and also glued newspaper cuttings. The remaining items in the collection are a set of photographs of Florence's family and friends, and a framed certificate of election to the Buyers Association of Great Britain.

Papers of Sir John Vivian Dacie, [1930-1936], contain articles of clothing and photographs dating from Dacie's time on the King's College Hospital cricket team. The collection notably comprises a pair of wicket keeper's gloves, [1930-1936]; cricket blazer, [1930-1936]; two cricket caps [1930-1936]; photograph of the cricket team [1930-1936]; King's College Hospital scarf [1930-1936] and black and white photographs of blood cells taken through a microscope.
