Stock's papers, 1899-1902, consist of his notes and sketches about army medical services, case notes with sketches, and negatives of photographs, taken in South Africa during the Boer War, 1899-1902; photographs, negatives, and lantern slides made from the photographs, some labelled and indexed, taken by Stock during the Boer War, 1899-1902.

Sibson's anatomical drawings, c.1840-c.1860, both pathological and clinical, watercolours and pen and ink sketches, many are labelled and annotated. Many were used to illustrate his Medical Anatomy, or, Illustrations of the Relevant Position and Movements of the Internal Organs (1869) and various medical papers.

Original watercolour drawings, 1828-1844, of specimens illustrating Lee's work on the nerves of the heart and uterus, mostly by Joseph Perry. Some illustrations were used in Lee's various publications, especially his Pathological Observations on the Diseases of the Uterus, with Coloured Engravings from Original Drawings by Joseph Perry, Representing the Most Important Organic Diseases of the Uterus (London, 2 parts 1840; 1849), others are unpublished. Many are endorsed with a label identifying the illustration and a note of publication, in Lee's hand.

Papers of Sir Jonathan Hutchinson, 1889-1906, consisting of his author's copy of Archives of Surgery (1889-1900), printed with annotations in his hand and interleaved with letters to him from practitioners whose patients' cases he describes.

Papers of Sir David Ferrier, 1873-1913, include his notebooks of experiments, particularly in relation to the cerebral cortex, with sketches and photographs, 1873-83; Drafts of addresses given by Ferrier, on the nature and physiology of tabes, 1906, and on the cerebro-spinal fluid, 1913.

Papers of Robert Ferguson, 1821-1864, include his notes on gynaecology and obstetrics, particularly referring to cases, with some diagrams, sketches and watercolour drawings, and including notes for lectures; Notes on various medical subjects relevant to general medical practice, such as childhood diseases and physiology, particularly referring to cases, with some watercolour drawings, including notes and correspondence on the health of Napoleon III, 1856, and including notes for lectures; Notes on philosophy and literature; Addresses given by Ferguson to students; Copies of articles by others on subjects of interest to Ferguson, found amongst his papers.

Papers of Frederic John Farre's, [1883], consist of his unpublished history of the Royal College of Physicians, 1518-1824, in his hand, [1883]; Notes for his history of the College, [1883]; Scrapbook of drawings, maps, plans and photographs to illustrate his history of the College, [1883].

Drewitt's pathological drawings, 1876-1881, both water-colour drawings and pencil sketches, of cases admitted to St George's Hospital, 1876-1878 and undated, and of cases of pharyngoeal diphtheria, made at Great Ormond Street Hospital, 1880, and scurvy, rickets and variola, 1881. Many are labelled and annotated.

Cheadle's papers, 1877-1934, include his notes on the use of anti-scorbutic treatment for scurvy in young children, includes notes of six cases, with temperature charts, 1877-88. Also includes explanatory notes from J.F. Poynton, 1910; Original paintings and photograph of infantile scurvy by Cheadle, from the cases of Sir Thomas Barlow, to accompany Cheadle's original records of the cases, [1877-79], with letter presenting paintings to the College from Poynton, 1934.

Original watercolour anatomical drawings, c.300, used for plates published in Bright's Reports on Medical Cases, Selected with a View to Illustrate the Symptoms and Cure of Diseases by Reference to Morbid Anatomy (1827), also includes some unpublished pathological drawings, [1822]-[1839]. Many of the drawings are by Frederick Richard Say and C.L. Canton, those unsigned probably by Bright; Case notes, in Bright's handwriting, 1827-32
