This second role, as well as promotion of Christian pacificism, led Muriel to travel widely, including several visits to Japan and China. Also included are leaflets, reports, pamphlets, documents and photographs of Kingsley Halls and Children's House Bow, and Kingsley Hall Dagenham. Further material includes Doris Lester's personal papers, the files collected by Sydney Russell as Minister Warden of Kingsley Hall Dagenham, Winifred Barnard's material and publications collected by Lester and others, (1878-1991).
