Mrs Reichardt bought the Manes' grand piano for RM 1000 and lived in the same house as Philip Manes and his wife and was a close friend. She writes about arrangements for payment for the piano, about Manes' problems, and also describes her own unhappy fate during the last years of the war and after. She describes the last days before her family's deportation.

        Decorated copy of a deed (13 January 1677) amalgamating two church societies of shoemakers and giving revised and clarified rules for the new Fraternities. Another deed (11 September 1731) gives further modifications and clarifications. The scribe gives the date of the folio as 1732.
