The 11th International Veterinary Congress was held at Central Hall, Westminster in 1930. It was the first congress meeting since 1909.
These reels were given to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre in May 1990 by Mr Peter E Curtis of the University of Liverpool Department of Clinical Veterinary Science, where they had been deposited by the widow of Mr Elam, who filmed the events.
3 reels of 16mm film showing the arrival and departure of the delegates at the 11th International Veterinary Congress filmed by Mr C Wentworth Elam of Liverpool University. Includes a still photograph of the delegates at the 1st International Veterinary Congress, 1863. A video copy is available for reader consultation.
