Saint Mary Graces was a small Cistercian Abbey founded in 1349 by Edward III near East Smithfield, a liberty next to the Tower of London. It was also known as East Minster and New Abbey.

Deposited in the Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section, which merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.

Lease by the abbot of the Cistercian Abbey of Our Lady of Graces beside the Tower of London of a tenement with a yard in Fenchurch Street.
