Dr Francis Blacklay MA, MB, BChir, FRCGP (b 1919) was a general practitioner in Nantwich, Cheshire.

The majority of these records were received from Dr Blacklay in April and July 1995. The memoir by Dr Blacklay's partner, J.R.T. Turner, was received via Dr Michael Bevan of the Wellcome Unit for the History of Medicine, Oxford.
