The Natural History Museum holds Caley's journals of tours in New South Wales. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Library and Archives holds transcripts of correspondence, 1799-1810. For 31 letters to Sir Joseph Banks, 1795-1818, see W R Dawson, The Banks letters (1958).
