This volume was transferred to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre from Western Manuscripts, who had received it from Dr Edwin Clarke in 1977.

Translation of Alfred Denker's 1904 monograph Die Otosklerose (Otosclerosis) into English by Alexander Robert Tweedie (d 1936).
