Biografie
East Ham, Manor Park, and Ilford District Synagogue was situated in Carlyle Road. It opened in 1900 and became an Associate member of the United Synagogue in 1902. It was rebuilt in 1927. In 1947 an adjoining building was bought for use as a youth centre.

The membership registers and financial records, which form part of the original deposit, have been catalogued as ACC/2712/EHS plus a running number. An additional deposit has been sub-divided as follows: Administrative records and correspondence (ACC/2712/EHS/01); Membership records (kethubot) (ACC/2712/EHS/02) and Printed Items (ACC/2712/EHS/03).
All records relating to membership are closed to public inspection. Other material is available for consultation only by written permission of the United Synagogue's Chief Executive.
