The level of information contained varies, but undergraduate files typically give the name and address of students, student number, transcript printout, 'A' Level results, description of course, course units and examination results for each session, value and grades, title of course, notification of student grant, total awarded and amount paid each term. Later files also include UCCA (Universities Central Council on Admissions) forms. Information contained in postgraduate files includes enrolment form, letter of acceptance, admission form, transcript information, Federal Government Scholarship form and correspondence.
