Histoire archivistique

The manuscript was part of the library of John Fraunceis Gwyn, sold in 1846. It later formed part of the library of Sir Thomas Phillipps, 1st Baronet (1792-1872) as MS 12154, and was bought by Herbert Somerton Foxwell at the Sotheby's sale, 10 Jun 1896.

The manuscript was part of the library of John Fraunceis Gwyn, sold in 1846. It later formed part of the library of Sir Thomas Phillipps, 1st Baronet (1792-1872) as MS 12154, and was bought by Herbert Somerton Foxwell at the Sotheby's sale, 10 Jun 1896.

Part of the Goldsmith's Library of Economic Literature, initially collected by Herbert Somerton Foxwell and presented by the Goldsmith's Company to the University of London in 1903.

Manuscript volume containing an account of the public revenue of England, Nov 1688-Sep 1691, with an extension of the statement to 1696 in the same hand, entitled 'A brief state of the incomes and issues of their Majesties public revenue...'.
