Illustrations numbered 14, 15, 21, 22 and 23 are missing; a letter from Ford to Evans, 23 Aug 1920, concerning the magnification of the illustrations; 2 lists of the illustrations; and 2 optical drawings drawn by Theodore Hamblin Ltd, 15 Wigmore Street, London, 8 Apr 1949.
