The firm of Flower, Ridehalgh and Company, stockjobbers, first appears in directories in 1938. They were situated at 5 (later 4/5) Copthall Court, and in 1964 moved to 120 Moorgate. The firm disappears from the directories in the late 1960s.

Presented to the Manuscripts Section of Guildhall Library in January 2000 and catalogued by a member of Guildhall Library staff in the same year. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.
