Revd Thomas Gayfere was a patient of the Gloucester County Lunatic Asylum.

The papers appear to derive from the office of Charles Metcalfe, the family solicitor. Purchased at Phillips' 24 March 1988, lot 24.

Accounts, correspondence and legal papers relating to the affairs of the Revd Thomas Gayfere, 1827-1852.

The papers are available subject to the usual conditions of access to Archives and Manuscripts material, after the completion of a Reader's Undertaking.

Photocopies/photographs/microfilm are supplied for private research only at the Archivist's discretion. Please note that material may be unsuitable for copying on conservation grounds, and that photographs cannot be photocopied in any circumstances.
