Requests for donations of election ephemera were sent out by the BLPES to candidates of all parties throughout the United Kingdom during the 1992 general election campaign, and major deposits were received. Material was also collected by BLPES staff and students.

Material relating to the 1992 General Election, including addresses, leaflets, posters and other ephemera from throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, representing all political parties, including the Conservative Party, the Labour Party, the Liberal Democrats, Plaid Cymru, the Scottish National Party, the Green Party, the Natural Law Party, and a range of parties from Northern Ireland.

Placed in alphabetical order by constituency. Material issued by party central offices and material for local elections was sorted to the end of the collection.
