Richard Henry Hardy, DM, MRCGP, FRSM (1921-1999) was a general practitioner in Exmouth from the 1950s to 1970s, before relocating to Hereford and working at the General Hospital Accident and Emergency Department. He retired in the mid-1980s.

These papers were given to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre by Dr Hardy in July 1992.

Papers of Richard Henry Hardy, 1952-1992, including records of cases and correspondence, general practice, Exmouth, 1952-1970, and Hereford General Hospital Accident and Emergency Department, 1971-1984, with reprints and unpublished writings, 1948-1992.

Arranged in sections as follows: A. Education and training B. General Practice, Exmouth 1952-70 C. Hereford General Hospital 1971-84 D. Writings.
