Noel Gordon Harris, MD (1897-1963) was a psychiatrist: he was a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and biographical information is therefore available in Munk's Roll.
These papers were given to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre in December 1985 by Joyce Griffith, Harris's daughter, along with the papers of her husband E. F. Griffith.
Papers of Noel Gordon Harris including correspondence; records of involvement in teaching and policy-making in psychiatry, and in treatment, especially of epilepsy, c 1934-1963.
The papers are available subject to the usual conditions of access to Archives and Manuscripts material, after the completion of a Reader's Undertaking.
