Holy Trinity was constructed in 1886. It was closed in 1960 and demolished in 1974. The parish was united with the parish of Saint Mary Magdalene with Saint Michael and All Angels (P97/MRY, P97/MAA1).

Deposited in the former London County Record Office, 11 November 1965.

Records of the parish of Holy Trinity, Beresford Square, Woolwich, registers of baptisms, marriages and banns; registers of church services; legal documents relating to parish property; Vestry and Parochial Church Council minutes; and financial accounts.
