These deeds were deposited in Powys Record Office in the collection of papers of the solicitors' firm of Humphreys and Parsons of Machynlleth. As they do not relate to property in Powys they were transferred to London Metropolitan Archives. They were part of the papers relating to clients of John Evans Thomas (1877-1934) a solicitor who practised in Llandudno and Liverpool before moving to Machynlleth.

Papers, 1900-1925, collected by the solicitors in the course of their work, comprising deeds and legal documents relating to properties in Tottenham, Stoke Newington, and Chiswick, including leases, agreements, correspondence, mortgages and deed of covenant.
