The archive also includes biographical material such as portrait photographs of Cullis, the order of service for her funeral and press cuttings of obituaries. The archive contains two articles by Cullis on physiology and a publication: 'What British Women are doing in the War'.

The collection is divided into four main groups: The first group contains papers relating to William Clift's work as conservator of the Hunterian Museum. This is the largest of the four groups and contains a number of sub divisions such as explanation and display of specimens, expanding the collections, administration of the museum, and correspondence. This group also contains the transcripts made by Clift and others of the Hunterian manuscripts. The second group contains work carried out by William Clift as an illustrator for publications. The third group contains a small amount of personal material that is in the collection. The fourth group contains transcripts and copies of manuscript material by William Clift that is held in other repositories such as the Natural History Museum.

Records of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' External Affairs Committee, 1932-1950, comprising correspondence and related papers covering a wide variety of issues reflecting the Committee's broad terms of reference, for example: maternity hospitals, midwifery, female circumcision, pregnancy in wartime, maternal mortality and nutrition in pregnancy. It should be noted however, that much of the material included in the series appears to have been placed here in error simply because it relates to the external affairs of the College. As well as containing records of the External Affairs Committee, this fonds also has records related to the general external affairs of the college. Some of these records are concerned with obstetrics and gynaecology during the period of the Second World War.

Records relating to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' (RCOG) involvement in two National Birthday Fund for Maternity Services (NBTF) surveys, and also cover a period, between 1969 and 1973, when the NBTF engaged in unsuccessful negotiations with the RCOG for the Trust's integration into the College. They include original data collection forms for the 1984 'Birthplace' study.
