The collection includes inserts, galley proofs and a copy of the 2nd edition of Organic Psychiatry all used in Lishman's rewriting for the 3rd edition of Organic Psychiatry, published in 1997 with several drafts of a section on Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), the largest addition to the 3rd edition. Also includes interview with Lishman on his life and career and papers relating to the Neuropsychiatry training pack including the pack itself and papers of its writer, Dr Steven Church, relating to its creation.

Student examination results and some transcript information, mainly from the 1950s until present, is held by the Transcripts Office of the External and Internal Student Administration Office of the University of London under the University Registry and this material represents a copy of sections of records relevant to King's College originally supplied by the King's Registry. Individual fiche items take the form of transcripts. Information typically contained includes name, matriculation number, date of birth, nationality, home and term-time address, previous education, transferrals, major and minor subjects, marks, value, degree awarded, date of award and comments.

Sidney George West slide collection, [1934-1937] comprises glass lantern slides depicting images of Portugal. Each slide has been numbered and labelled. They include scenes of Lisbon, Estoril, Cintra, Mafra, Evora, Santarem, Thomar, Coimbra, Luso-Bussaco, Vizeu, Oporto, Braga, Bom Jesus, Viana Do Castelo, Aveiro, Leiria, Batalha and Alcobaça and images of rivers, valleys, religious buildings and traditional scenes including a festival and bullfight. An inventory prepared by West, dated 13 September 1934 - 6 December 1937, is enclosed and gives details of each slide.

An account of a cycle tour of Jordan (8 Sep-6 Oct 1985), funded by a Convocation Trust Vacation Award; travelled mainly through Jordan, but also visited Israel and Egypt; an educational trip to find out about life in these countries; travelled away from the main routes but did see some important sights; visited archaeological sites, and participated in a dig in Jordan.

King's College London Council minutes and agenda books, 1828-1996, include a record of College business from the first public declaration of an intention to found King's College London in 1828 through to 1996, comprising signed manuscript minute books with indexes, 1828-1947; typescript signed minutes with indexes, 1947-1980; typescript unsigned minutes and associated papers, 1980-1996; rough minute books, 1829-1845; microfilm copies of Council minutes, 1828-1875; annotated Council agenda books, 1845-1980. Early minutes detail all aspects of College business, but are especially strong on staff appointments, fellowships, awards and prizes, and teaching in specific departments including King's College Hospital, before thinning out during the 1890s. Since the reunification of the College in 1980, they include strategic planning and mergers, the work of the most important College committees, the place of King's within the framework of Higher Education and, in particular, College finances, and include copies of letters, circulars, and other relevant inserts and enclosures, and from 1947, the minutes of the Joint Meeting of the Council and Theological Committee.
