Various items have periodically accrued from the College Library and Liddell Hart Centre for Military Archives, King's College London Association and numerous departments.

King's College London Catalogues and Lists, 1829-2001. This collection consists of various printed or typescript catalogues, notably including College Library catalogues, and significantly catalogues of constituent named collections of books and records like the King George III Museum and consolidated lists of accessions in the Liddell Hart Centre for Military Archives, 1894-1988; lists of King's College London (KCLA) Members, lists of registered students at King's, academic staff, War Memorial names, and internal telephone directories, [1840]-2001; catalogues of various mail order and other suppliers of equipment and materials to King's, and of external and interior fittings of houses demolished to make way for King's, 1829-2000.

Some duplicate catalogues and lists, notably of the Wheatstone and George III collections, can be located within those named collections in the College Archives. Lists of registered students are published in most editions of the College Calendar until it ceased publication in 1985. These are available for public consultation in the Archives reading room. The King's College London Association (KCLA) should be consulted regarding alumni with its contact details being available via the King's College London website. The Roll of Honour and photographs of King's students who died during World War One is available in the College Archives' photographic collection (Ref: K/PH) and general detail on the College in wartime in the King's Secretarial series (Ref: KAS/AD8).
