The series is mainly organised chronologically into sessions, then listed alphabetically. Later additions to the series contain mixed years and are listed separately according to the year in which they were deposited in the Archives.
Subject to an eighty year closure period from date of leaving, but may be consulted by College staff with permission from the Ceremonies and Events Office.
Copies, subject to the condition of the original, can be supplied to College staff. Requests to publish original material should be submitted to the Director of Archive Services, King's College London.
