Biographical history
The University of London was established in 1836 as a degree awarding body until its refoundation in 1900 when it adopted the federal structure of the modern teaching University. The Registry is responsible for the organisation and audit of academic and educational provision throughout the University, most notably in overseeing examinations and academic assessment exercises.

Pass lists for King's College London students covering all faculties, 1920-1968, 1970-1990 (Ref: UL/ER), created by the University of London Registry. Information contained typically includes name, subject and class of degree, although this is not a comprehensive series.
Organised chronologically.
Subject to an eighty year closure period from date of leaving, but may be consulted by appropriate College staff.
Copies, subject to the condition of the original, can be supplied to College staff. Requests to publish original material should be submitted to the Director of Archive Services, King's College London.
