Victor Kullberg was a watch and chronometer maker, of 105 Liverpool Road, Islington (before 1869 known as 12 Cloudesly Terrace).

Purchased by the Clockmakers' Company at an auction of the library of Professor David Torrens of Dublin. The Clockmakers' Company deposited them in the Manuscripts Section of Guildhall Library in 1973, together with the archives of other watch and clockmakers, as follows: Joseph Preston and Sons, watch, clock and chronometer makers, of Prescott, Lancashire; and E. Sills, watch and chronometer finisher, of 21 Foyle Road, Tottenham; and the lecture notes on watchmaking of Heinrich Otto. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.
