Found in offices of Antony Gibbs, Sons and Co, Liverpool in 1909. Original provenance unknown. Deposited in the Manuscripts Section of Guildhall Library by Antony Gibbs and Sons in 1963. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.
