OBE, in 1923 as a testimonial of his administrative work in the parish of Heston and on the Local and County Councils, 1898-1923; with illuminated address containing the resolution of the Justices of the Peace of the Petty Sessional Division of Brentford expressing appreciation of 30 years 'distinguished service' by the Deputy Chairman, Sir William George Lobjoit, O.B.E., 1937.
