This company was incorporated on the 12th of January 1909 and had London offices at 9 Cloak Lane (1909-66), Lee House, London Wall (1967-72) and Three Quays, Tower Hill (1973-5). It went into liquidation in December 1976.

These archives were deposited in the Manuscripts Section of Guildhall Library by the liquidators in 1977. They were catalogued in the same year. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.
