Includes discussion of need for an open air museum dedicated to a comprehensive exhibition of military engineering techniques and equipment; development of the site; conservation of Fort Amherst; exhibits required for the museum; costs and fundraising; sponsorship; staffing and diagrams including a plan of the tunnels.
