A separate series of minute books containing the records of more than one body was established because they cannot be conveniently listed with the series of records of those bodies as they pertain to more than one committee or working party.

These books contain the minutes of more than one College committee, joint committee or working party. The practice of maintaining multi-purpose minute books was discontinued in 1987.

Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' minute books, 1929-1987, containing the minutes of various committees and working parties of the College, as well as joint committees and working parties of the College with outside bodies. Each volume contains the minutes, frequently signed by the chairman, of two or more committees of roughly the same period.

Weeded of duplicate publications, copies of which were already held in the College Archives.

No further accruals expected.
