Acc 228 presented to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre in 1985 by Dr Darrel L Higson of Chiswick, who had discovered it in a cupboard upon moving into a new home. Acc 347 received in July 1990 via the Records Preservation Section of the British Records Association, which had received them from Messrs Jaques and Lewis, Solicitors, of 2 South Square, Gray's Inn, London.
