This manuscript was part of the library of Sir Thomas Phillipps, 1st Baronet (1792-1872) as MS 9467, and was bought at Sotheby's by Herbert Somerton Foxwell in 1893.

Part of the Goldsmith's Library of Economic Literature, initially collected by Herbert Somerton Foxwell and presented by the Goldsmith's Company to the University of London in 1903.

Manuscript volumes containing abstracts of parliamentary bills relating to revenue, dating from the reign of King William III and Queen Mary II, c1689 -1743.
