This manuscript was in the collection of Humphrey Edwin, and was sold in 1763. By 1765 it was in the collection of Charles Lowndes, Secretary of the Treasury. It was later part of the library of Sir Thomas Phillipps, 1st Baronet (1792-1872) as MS 2759.

This manuscript was in the collection of Humphrey Edwin, and was sold in 1763. By 1765 it was in the collection of Charles Lowndes, Secretary of the Treasury. It was later part of the library of Sir Thomas Phillipps, 1st Baronet (1792-1872) as MS 2759.

Bought by Herbert Somerton Foxwell from Sidney Dobell in 1908 as an addition to the Goldsmith's Library of Economic Literature.

Manuscript volume containing an account of the respective grants in Parliament for public services in the years 1702-1705, and the money raised from those grants up to Nov 1704. The account was made due to orders by the House of Commons dated 7 Nov 1704 and 8 Nov 1705.
