Publications: Capital and compensation (Fabian Tract, London, 1909); The Case for Municipal Drink Trade (PS King and Son, Westminster, 1904); Fifth Edition of Kirkup's History of Socialism (A&C Black, London, 1920); Gold and state banking (London, 1912); The History of the Fabian Society (AC Fifield, London, 1916).
