Parchment manuscript with quire of paper (17 ff) inserted at the beginning, bound in oak boards covered with calf and fastened with a brass clasp in the centre of the front cover. One hand on parchment, and a different hand on paper. Headings in red. Initials alternately red or blue.16cm.
