St Paul's church in Grove Park was built in 1872, largely thanks to the benefaction of William Cavendish, 7th Duke of Devonshire. It was designed by Henry Currey, the Duke's appointed architect. It has been used for Christian worship ever since.

Records of the parish of Saint Paul, Chiswick, including registers of baptisms (1870-1953), marriages (1872-1964) and banns of marriage (1872-1913), as well as parish magazines, PCC minutes, preachers', readers' and collections registers, and service registers.
The records are arranged into record groups (sub-fonds) in accordance with LMA listing guidelines and classification scheme for parish records, as follows:

DRO/189/G: Parish administration
DRO/189/J: Printed material
Within each sub-fonds the records are arranged into series; thereafter files are listed in chronological order by creation date.
