Court rolls for the manor of Tottenhall (Tottenham Court) 1664-1875 are held by London Metropolitan Archives, see A/CSC and HB/D.
For parliamentary surveys of dignitaries' and prebendaries' estates, made in 1649, see CLC/313/L/F/014/MS25632. For parliamentary surveys of the estates of the Dean and Chapter, which may contain further information about the Dean's Peculiar estates, see sections CLC/313/L/F and CLC/313/L/I.
From 1840 (after the holder's life-interest) the ownership of the estates and manorial lordships of the cathedral's dignitaries and prebends was transferred to the Ecclesiastical (later Church) Commissioners. In most cases the relevant manorial records held at LMA continue until the mid 20th century, as the result of separate deposits of records by the Church Commissioners. For records of property of the College of Minor Canons, see CLC/314.
