Sheffield and District Public House Trust Company Limited was incorporated in May 1902. It was acquired by Courage Barclay and Simonds in 1966. 4 public houses transferred to James Hole Limited in 1967-1968. The Company was transferred to Imperial Group in 1975.

Archival history

Earlier records may have been destroyed during an air-raid in 1940 (see letter 2 Dec 1968 in ACC/2305/43/009/1).
