This company appears to have traded chiefly as American merchants. It had premises at the following addresses: Tokenhouse Yard, Lothbury (1842-52); Old Jewry (1853-66); and Cullum Street (1867-9).
These archives were deposited in the Manuscripts Section of Guildhall Library in 1991 by Midland Bank and catalogued shortly afterwards by a member of Guildhall Library staff. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.
