Ernst and Young donated the records to the Manuscripts Section of Guildhall Library in August 1997. The records were catalogued within a few days of their arrival by Philippa Smith. The Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section merged with the London Metropolitan Archives in 2009.

Turquand Youngs and Company records entirely comprise financial records apart from a few items in Ms 31382 relating to Parr's Bank, for which accountants' notebooks concerning audit, c 1900-1919 also survive (Ms 31381). Unfortunately, the two main series of ledgers, 1858-1910 (Ms 31377) and cash books, 1860-1910 (Ms 31378) are incomplete.

Records arranged by MS number, assigned during cataloguing at the Guildhall Library Manuscripts Section.
