Surveyors' Certificate stating that the Party Wall between a house in Great Queen Street occupied by Humphrey Pritchett, Esq., and adjoining ground belonging to Jeremiah Glanvill, builder, was not of proper thickness according to Act of 14 Geo. III, and on rebuilding on said ground the whole party wall ought to be pulled down, 1821; Queen's Bench Proceedings between John Sayer, plaintiff, and Sir Robert Buckes Clifton, defendant, for recovery of debt of £292. 7. 6d for hire of horses, carriages, broughams, 1854.
