Correspondence files which reflect the changing responsibilities of the College Secretary, with records relating to the Journal, gifts and donations, and correspondence with other royal colleges and related bodies. College papers regarding Dr Ornella Moscucci's unpublished history of the RCOG (1987-1999). Also records concerning the Faculty of Family Planning (1976-1992) and Birthright, later Wellbeing (1985-2003), and papers of College Secretary's meetings (1996-2003).

The archive consists of numbered scrapbooks of press cuttings, notes and correspondence, including volumes on women's suffrage, (1872-1899), processions and demonstrations in London (1908), feminist writers (1940-1948), New Zealand including personal correspondence (1940), as well as volumes on her Australian tours (1942-1944) and the issues of the country's war effort during the Second World War (1942-1943), Australian women in politics (1941-1943), meetings in Australia to celebrate 30th anniversary of women's suffrage (and the Suffragette Fellowship (1948-1950), personal correspondence (1948-1950), a journal of a visit to Australia (1947-1948) and two volumes on New Zealand politics and family planning (1940-1941).

Records of the Joint Steering Group of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Faculty of Family Planning and Reproductive Health Care [FFPRHC] on teenage pregnancy, 1972-1995, comprising correspondence and reports on the remit of the Joint Steering Group (1992-1995), related press clippings and reports (1972-1995), papers on a conference on emergency hormonal contraception (1994-1995) and papers of the research and audit sub-group (1994). Also includes for 1993 to 1995: agenda and minutes; correspondence; minute book; records of expenses.

The archive consists of a typescript autobiography (about 350 pages, unbound, on 'flimsy' paper).

Papers of Diane Munday (b 1931), including: papers regarding religious and moral education, including statements by the Campaign for Moral Education and the British Humanist Association, 1967-1971; note for speeches, draft reviews and drafts of articles on abortion, contrception and family planning, humanism,, Alzheimers, pressure groups, moral education, euthanasia, 1967-2000 ; press cuttings of letters and articles by Munday regarding abortion, humanism, politics and various other topics, 1967-2002.

The collection consists of 205 interviews available in digital audio file format and one folder of contextual material relating to the interviews, including essays and reports by Brian Harrison. The digital files are copies of the original oral history interview recordings that are held on reel-to-reel cassette.
