Papers and plans relating to the Library, 1944-1970, notably reports, plans and tables relating to the reorganisation of the Library, 1964-1965; report, provisional estimate, memoranda and plans relating to a proposed extension to the Library, 1970. Material relating to Library committees, 1949, 1965-1967, including the Archives Sub-Committee and the Library Representatives Committee. Personnel files relating to former Library Staff, 1952-1974. Library accounts books, 1948-1971. Material relating to Library accessions and donations.

Mainly bound volumes. Other papers are arranged in files according to subject; personnel files arranged alphabetically.

Administrative and Committee papers are closed for 30 years from the last date on file. Papers relating to individuals are usually closed for 100 years from the subject's birth. Users are advised to consult the College Archivist for specific details
