John Stewart Mackintosh MD, MRCS, LRCP (1870-1939) was a general practitioner in Hampstead, London.
This material was transferred to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre in September 1997 by the Royal College of General Practitioners, which had received them on permanent loan by Dr Keith Greenlaw of Parkway, London NW1.

The papers are available subject to the usual conditions of access to Archives and Manuscripts material, after the completion of a Reader's Undertaking.
