MSS. 6205-6207 were presented by Lady Hunt, 1976. The provenance of MSS. 6201-6204 has not been traced.

Correspondence and papers of Sir George Newman including letters from Henry Drummond (1851-1897) and John Campbell Gordon (1847-1934) and correspondence concerning the Board of Education.

The papers are available subject to the usual conditions of access to Archives and Manuscripts material, after the completion of a Reader's Undertaking.

Photocopies/photographs/microfilm are supplied for private research only at the Archivist's discretion. Please note that material may be unsuitable for copying on conservation grounds, and that photographs cannot be photocopied in any circumstances.
