The records are in the form of bound volumes containing the initial deed followed by schedules which include lists of Philip Flower's property, personal and real, lists of mortgages and copies of accounts kept by trustees. The property records relate to 17 and 18 Dover Street, Piccadilly (knocked together to form one property in 1876) and the legal records comprise deeds of release and indemnity for Cyril Flower.

Record of the Court of Wards and Liveries, comprising examinations of defendants in a court case concerning commodities in a court yard adjoining the Bull Head Tavern in Cheapside, October-November 1631.

Records ofWilliam Brass and his estate, comprising accounts, agreements, correspondence and related papers. They were catalogued by a member of Guildhall Library staff in 1987. Ms 22352 includes a schedule of Trust records drawn up in 1954.

These documents are largely deeds and papers relating to William Clapham, including title deeds of his properties Cox Key, Fresh Wharf and Gaunt's Key with warehouses in Thames Street. Also some deeds of the Skrine family's properties in Somerset and Wiltshire (Ms 14021).
